Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were charged with rape and human trafficking in Great Britain, the Crown trial service has confirmed.
Andrew, a 38-year-old influencer and former kickboxer, is associated with 10 charges with three alleged victims, including rape, actually bodily harm, human trafficking and the control of prostitution to receive profit.
The 36 -year -old Tristan is charged with 11 charges for a suspected victim, including rape, physical damage and human trafficking.

The brothers contest the 21 fees between 2012 and 2015.
The indictment decision was made after the public prosecutor's office had checked a police officer from Bedfordshire.
A European arrest warrant for the brothers was issued in 2024, but the ongoing criminal matters in Romania have priority.
The couple is to be delivered to Great Britain after completing the procedure in Romania.

A CPS spokesman said: “We can confirm that we have approved the indictment against Andrew and Tristan for crimes such as rape, human trafficking, the control of prostitution and physical damage to three women.
“These charges were followed by the preservation of a police officer from Bedfordshire.
“A European arrest warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result, the Romanian dishes ordered the delivery to Great Britain by Andrew and Tristan.
“However, domestic criminal matters in Romania have to be settled first.
“The public prosecutor's service reminds everyone that criminal proceedings are active, and the accused have the right to a fair procedure.
