Andrey Shcherbina, Former Two Sigma Executive Director: More Countries and Businesses will Embrace Web3

British Weekly July 15, 2022 1 minute read

Blockchain is the most promising innovative technology that emerged in recent years. It will completely change the way a generation lives, works and interacts. As the next-generation Internet architecture, Web 3.0 is built on decentralized technologies such as blockchain, peer-to-peer networks, and other technologies. It can access information without going through a central server, and provides a decentralized, distributed global information control network.

Former Two Sigma executive director Andrey Shcherbina recently commented on Web3: “In near future, more countries and economic entities will get into Web3. The transformation will change the relationship between business and data, and how industries interact with each other.”

It is reported that Andrey Shcherbina served as JPMorgan’s executive director. He has led the team to achieve multiple financial business goals and digital transformation tasks, and has more than ten years’ experience in traditional financial services.
