The following rating was given to a restaurant, cafe or canteen:

• Rating 4: Rajput Indian Restaurant & Takeaway at 4 High Street Wall Heath, Kingswinford; reviewed March 20th

And a rating was given to a pub, bar or nightclub:

• Review 3: The Fountain Inn at 8 Temple Street, Lower Gornal, Dudley; reviewed March 20th

Plus a review for a snack bar:

• Rating 5: Sedgley Sizzlers at 2 Bull Ring, Sedgley, Dudley; reviewed April 23rd

The ratings were published on the Food Standards Agency website, which rates businesses from zero to five to help customers make more informed decisions about where they buy and eat food.

A rating of five means hygiene standards are very good, four means hygiene standards are good, three means hygiene standards are generally satisfactory, two means some improvements are required, a rating of one means significant Improvements are needed, and a score of zero means urgent improvements are needed.

The results of all food hygiene inspections can be viewed on the Dudley Council website or on the national reviews.food.gov.uk website.
