Author: Lorraina Chen

With the Internet and the Internet of Things leading the world into a new era of information data empowerment, all walks of life adapt to a new trend of wisdom reform. Under the emerging trend of global digital development, the proportion of education investment and industrial development research of electrical engineering in the world’s national development investment is increasing day by day, and intelligent electrical engineering occupies an important position in industry around the world. After working intensively in the intelligent electrical industry for many years, Mr. LIANG Kun deeply understands that the development of the intelligent electrical industry must be at the forefront by adhering to innovation and keeping up with the trend, and he has many innovative ideas and Technologies brought achievements to this industry. Today we have the honor to invite Mr. LIANG Kun for an interview. Let’s listen to his ideas and ideas on smart electrical industry.

Q: When and from which university did you graduate? what is your major Does it correspond to what you do later?

A: I graduated from Chengdu University of Science and Technology with a major in Electrical Engineering in 1992, which is similar to the work I have been doing since Shanghai LEFON Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co. was founded.

Q: You have been involved in smart electrical engineering for many years. What positions have you held? What contribution does it make to the company and the industry?

A: I founded Shanghai LEFON Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co. in 2004. I now serve as the company’s general manager, participating in the company’s operations and decision-making. While running the company, I also devoted myself to researching and inventing 13 national patents to better understand the future development needs of intelligent electric industry. Based on years of research in the industry and understanding of new smart electronics I have invented and created 4 new text copyrights. It has refined and integrated my innovative understanding of smart electrical industry and pioneering creation for industry. My company, powered by the innovative technology I have developed, has annual sales of more than $15 million and has grown steadily over the past few years.

Q: You mentioned your innovative achievements in smart electronics industry combined with high and new technologies. What are you? What significance and development have they brought to the industry?

A: Considering that the electrical engineering industry is at the interface of intelligent mechanical and electrical devices, in addition to 13 national patents, the most innovative technological achievements that I have researched and invented are the following: “An AI-based condition monitoring of electrical devices and Warning Model and Its Method”, “Electrical Management Data Acquisition System Based on an Artificial Intelligence Algorithm”, “A Load Prediction System Integrating PLC Technology and Principal Component Analysis – BP Neural Network”, “Power Quality Monitoring Platform Based on LabVIEW and Zigbee” . Through the integration of data processing technology, power electronics collection technology, PLC electrical technology, AI electrode detection technology and traditional electrical engineering, these technical achievements of mine have great commercial value and industrial significance, and provide comprehensive and systematic intelligent upgrade and transformation for complete sets of electrical appliances. This will greatly reduce the aging of electrical equipment, high energy loss, poor technical performance and other problems, and bring about subversive changes in traditional electrical engineering.

Q: What is your vision for the future of the electronics industry?

A: As a stable national pillar, electrical engineering has always supported and promoted the development of the world economy. In the future, I will continue to break the tradition and continue to focus on the optimization and upgrading of electrical appliances and technical service platforms, combined with intelligent high-tech, R&D and innovation of electrical appliance processing technology, guiding the company and the electrical industry into a new era of more digital Intelligence.

Reporter: I see. Thanks for your time!

Mr. LIANG Kun: You’re welcome. Thank you, too.
