China (Shaanxi) Import and Export Commodities Exhibition is hosted in Xi’an

British Weekly Published: October 21, 2021 | Updated: October 21, 2021 3 minutes read

The Euro-Asia Economic Forum 2021 began on October 18 in the city of Xi’an – the capital of northwest China’s Shaanxi Province – and is expected to last until October 20.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the forum will take place both on-site and online this year.

At the same time, the “2021 EAEF Economic and Trade Cooperation Expo and China (Shaanxi) Import and Export Commodities Exhibition” will take place at the Xi’an International Convention & Exhibition Center from October 18 to 21.

The expo aims to improve the service of the forum for the influence of economic and trade cooperation and the exchange of “Belt and Road” within the framework of the Euro-Asia Economic Forum. This in turn also drives Shaanxi to become a corridor, a trade and logistics center and an important industrial and cultural exchange base for Central, West and South Asian countries.

The exhibition mainly includes advanced manufacturing, aerospace, energy and chemical industries, advanced services, expo goods, CIIE goods, numerically controlled machine tools, foreign trade, etc. At the same time, relevant economic and trade negotiations are organized.

The expo and exhibition serve as an opportunity to explore the market potential in central and western China, further promote Eurasian trade cooperation, and contribute to the promotion of regional and global economic development and prosperity.
